Position: General Manager Information Technology (IT Head)
Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic General Manager IT (Head of Information Technology) to lead the organizations overall IT function, including SAP HANA, enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
The incumbent will be responsible for developing the companys technology roadmap, driving automation, ensuring robust IT governance, and enabling business growth through innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with organizational goals and business transformation objectives.
- Lead all aspects of IT including ERP (SAP HANA), applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Develop and manage annual IT budgets, ensuring cost optimization and technology ROI.
- Build and mentor a strong IT team to deliver consistent support and innovation.
2. ERP & Application Management
- Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP S/4 HANA and other enterprise applications (HRMS, CRM, SCM, TMS, FMS, etc.).
- Collaborate with business teams to enhance process automation and digital workflows.
- Manage application upgrades, integrations, data migrations, and user access controls.
- Lead in-house and outsourced teams for custom application development (web, mobile, and analytics-based tools).
3. Digital Transformation
- Drive the companys digital journey, focusing on operational automation, analytics, and IoT adoption.
- Enable data-driven decision-making through business intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
- Introduce modern technologies like cloud computing, AI, machine learning, and mobility solutions to strengthen business efficiency.
4. IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity
- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure servers, storage, networks, data centers, and endpoint systems.
- Oversee cloud migration, backup systems, DR setup, and cybersecurity governance.
- Ensure business continuity and compliance with IT policies, data protection laws, and audit requirements.
5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders and business heads to align IT deliverables with operational needs.
- Manage IT service providers, AMC contracts, and technology vendors.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, propose solutions, and lead large-scale IT projects.
Candidate Profile Requirements:

- Experience 15 to 22 years in IT leadership roles managing ERP, applications, infrastructure & digital initiatives
- Education B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA (Computer Science, IT, or Electronics). MBA (IT / Systems) preferred
- Technical Expertise SAP S/4 HANA (Implementation/Support), Application Development, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, BI Tools
- Core Competencies Strategic IT Planning, Vendor Management, Project Governance, Team Leadership, Problem Solving
- Industry Fit Infrastructure / Utilities / Manufacturing / Logistics / Waste Management / Large Multi-Site Operations
