Role Summary:

The General Manager In-Licensing will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and executing in-licensing opportunities for formulation products targeted at regulated markets. The role involves strategic portfolio expansion through partnerships, collaborations, and technology transfers, ensuring alignment with Macleods global growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Licensing & Business Development:

- Identify and evaluate in-licensing opportunities for finished dosage formulations for regulated markets (US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).

- Build and manage relationships with global pharma companies, CMOs, CDMOs, and technology owners.

- Lead negotiations on commercial terms, including upfront payments, milestones, royalties, and supply agreements.
