- Performance Management: Design and implement robust performance management frameworks to enhance productivity and employee engagement.
- Learning & Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning by implementing training programs to upskill employees and leadership teams.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Build a strong organizational culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and employee satisfaction.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive compensation structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits aligned with industry benchmarks.
- HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations, mitigating any legal risks.
- Workforce Planning: Drive workforce planning initiatives, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- HR Digital Transformation: Leverage HR technology and analytics to improve processes, track key HR metrics, and drive data-based decision-making.
Key Requirements:
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- Experience: 12+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR best practices in the FMCG sector, including labor laws and market trends.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with HRMS tools and HR analytics.
