About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior HR General Manager to lead Human Resources function. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping the people strategy of the organization, driving a high-performance culture, and ensuring alignment between business goals and HR practices. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with deep experience in managing complex HR functions in UAE. You'll work closely with executive leadership to provide counsel on all people-related matters and lead a high-performing HR team to deliver operational excellence and organizational transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and business objectives. - Lead all core HR functions including talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance. - Partner with the leadership team to shape and drive cultural transformation, change management, and workforce planning. - Oversee employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. - Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team, ensuring capability development and succession planning. - Manage HR budgets, headcount planning, and HR metrics to inform decision-making. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies across all locations of operation. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred. - Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR management role. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR systems (HRIS, ATS, etc.). - Proven experience in managing HR at a strategic level in a fast-paced, complex, and diverse business environment. - Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Preferred Attributes: - Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) is a plus. - UAE work experience in multinational or multi-site organizations.
