
Description
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior leaders and management teams to understand business goals and provide HR solutions that align with these objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Talent Management:
- Support recruitment strategies and help identify talent gaps within the organization.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities and retain top talent.
- Implement succession planning and career development strategies to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Resolving employee relations issues, addressing concerns, and handling conflict management.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by advocating for employee well-being, engagement, and recognition initiatives.
- Lead efforts to measure and improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Performance Management:
- Advise managers on performance management practices, including setting goals, delivering feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- Help implement strategies for improving performance, including performance improvement plans and coaching.
- Ensure that employee performance aligns with business objectives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guide salary structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits.
Organizational Development:
- Assist with organizational design and restructuring initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Promote leadership development, training programs, and learning opportunities to improve team and organizational performance.
HR Policies & Compliance:
- Ensure employees are aware of HR practices and comply with legal regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Educate and train managers and employees on HR policies and procedures to ensure company-wide consistency and compliance.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze HR data and trends to provide insights on workforce metrics, employee performance, and retention.
- Develop and present HR reports to leadership to inform decision-making.

Reports to: Head - Human Resources
Department: Human Resources
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Working relationship with operations
- Communication: Proficient in English, Hindi
- Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
- Team Structure - GM-HR will have the HRBPs, TA Team and Payroll/On-boarding team reporting to him/her.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- MBA or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12-15 years of experience in Human Resources, including experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
