Role Overview:

As the Hiring GM - HRBP, you will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives within our dynamic retail environment. You will work closely with business leaders, managers, and employees to provide comprehensive HR support, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring employee engagement. Your efforts will directly impact employee satisfaction, talent retention, and the overall success of our retail operations in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for assigned retail units.

- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR solutions that support their goals.

- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and employee training programs.

- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company objectives.

- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.

- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

- Proven expertise in talent management, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.

- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to effectively manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.

- Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

- Adaptable to a fast-paced, on-site retail environment.
