We are hiring a senior HR Business Partner for a large-scale, premium retail-led real estate platform with iconic retail destinations and strong on-ground operations presence across NCR.
This is a high-visibility leadership role working closely with business leadership and driving the HR agenda for large retail assets / mall operations.
LOCATION
NCR (Delhi / Gurgaon / Noida)
Preference will be given to candidates based in Gurgaon / South Delhi / nearby NCR regions due to business proximity and site travel requirements.
Current CTC should ideally be in the - 45-55 LPA range

IDEAL PROFILE
- 15+ years of HRBP experience
- Strong exposure to retail asset / shopping mall / real estate retail ecosystem
- Experience working with large, structured organizations
- 1-2 stints in ownership-driven / promoter-led organizations preferred
- Strong stakeholder management with business leadership
- Experience handling large on-ground / frontline workforce environments
- Team handling and people leadership experience is mandatory
- Candidates with stable careers and long tenures preferred
Male candidates preferred due to late operational hours, site movement, and travel requirements associated with the role.
