General Manager - HR & Administration - Manufacturing

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager - HR & Administration to lead our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in end-to-end HR and administrative operations within the manufacturing industry. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage organizational growth, ensure compliance, develop talent, and drive operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources & Talent Management:

- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives

- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all levels of personnel

- Manage performance management systems, employee development, and succession planning

- Ensure competitive compensation and benefits structures

- Foster organizational culture and employee engagement programs

Compliance & Administration:

- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements

- Manage payroll, leave management, and employee benefits administration

- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR information systems

- Handle grievance redressal and employee relations matters

Operations & Strategic Planning:

- Manage overall HR and administrative budgets and resources

- Lead administrative operations including facilities, procurement, and vendor management

- Implement HR systems, policies, and procedures for organizational efficiency

- Collaborate with departmental heads to address HR and operational needs

Mandatory Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

- Master of Social Work (MSW), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or related Master's degree

Experience Requirements:

- Minimum 18 years of overall experience in Human Resources and Administration

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a General Manager or similar senior leadership role

- Proven experience of end-to-end HR and Administrative operations in the manufacturing industry

- Exposure to diverse manufacturing sectors including Apparel, Textile, Retail, or related industries
