Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR leader to head the Human Resources and Administration functions at our Naidupeta plant. This is a critical leadership position responsible for aligning HR strategy with business objectives, ensuring industrial harmony, managing compliance, and leading a motivated workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing setup. The incumbent will partner closely with the Plant Head and Corporate HR to drive key people initiatives across IR, HR operations, performance management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Leadership: Align HR strategy with plant and business goals; lead manpower planning and workforce optimization.

- Industrial Relations: Maintain harmonious relations with unions; handle grievance redressal, disciplinary matters, and long-term settlements (LTS).

- Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws (Factories Act, ID Act, PF, ESIC, etc.) and manage audits/inspections.

- Performance Management: Drive the PMS process, coach managers, and promote a performance-driven culture.

- Talent Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment for plant roles; partner with institutes for skilled manpower.

- Learning & Development: Identify and implement technical and behavioral training programs.

- Administration & Welfare: Manage facilities, housing, transportation, housekeeping, and employee welfare activities.

- Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement, communication, and CSR initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

- 18+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, steel, or heavy industry.

- Strong exposure to industrial relations, compliance, and plant HR operations.

- Proven leadership experience in managing large, diverse teams.

- MBA/PGDM in HR; LLB preferred for IR-heavy responsibilities.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
