- To lead Talent Management, Learning & Development and Employee Engagement domain which includes identification, development and deployment of talent through succession planning, career planning for critical job holders, facilitate individual development plans and implementation. - Design, conceptualize and drive employee engagement across all levels/functions and ensure high level of employee experience and enhanced engagement scores year-on-year. - Drive learning & development by identifying learning needs, competency requirement of the organization and conduct learning and development initiatives. Talent Management - Identify critical positions across the organization, drive succession planning for the critical positions, monitor and develop talent to ensure high performing organization culture. - Identify critical talent across grades, devise and deploy various assessment tools (behavior/potential), 360-degree feedback, assessment centers, etc., to identify developmental needs of critical talent. - Drive professional development dialogue to capture and moderate aspirations - Develop and drive individual developmental planners (IDPs) for all critical talent basis the developmental needs, monitor on a regular basis and ensure career development, deployment leading to retention of critical talent - Drive talent review process end-to-end periodically in order to achieve talent pipeline for emerging business needs - Identify and develop young talent across the organization through various interventions for an accelerated career growth and retention - Conceptualize, develop and implement business specific policies to ensure job rotation (other than IJPs) to ensure multi-skilling and business continuity needs of the organization. Performance Management - Drive performance management process across verticals of the company. - Drive goal sheet development, deployment of strategic initiatives across functions and grades - Run road-shows for ensuring setting of SMART goals across JRLs for a meaningful appraisal process. Conduct Goal Sheet audits, PMP feedback - Conduct PMP moderation discussions and identify developmental needs and performance L&D - Create framework & manage Multi-Tier-Leadership Development-Program (Executive Development- LDP+ELP, Young Leaders Program, STEP, Transform, Band transition program) in coordination with Corporate. - Identify future skills and competency requirements of the organization, identify developmental needs and implement for critical resources for future growth and sustainability of the business - Work along with COE Head, BHR Heads/ CHROs & SLT members in driving developmental interventions
