About the Role:

We are hiring a Head - Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain, logistics, and procurement for large-scale textile operations. The role will focus on reliability, cost optimization, and agility across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Strategy:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategy aligned with business goals.

- Manage sourcing, procurement, warehousing, and distribution.

- Build and optimize vendor relationships.

Operations & Efficiency:

- Streamline inbound and outbound logistics.

- Drive inventory control, demand planning, and order fulfillment.

- Implement digital supply chain tools and ERP systems.

Compliance & Market Alignment

- Ensure compliance with export/import norms and statutory requirements.

- Partner with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) teams for demand fulfillment.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain/Operations; BE/B.Tech preferred.

- 15-20 years of experience in supply chain management in manufacturing.

- Strong understanding of global logistics and vendor ecosystems.

- Proven record in cost optimization and digital supply chain initiatives.
