About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic GM / Sales Head - Channel Partner to lead and expand our indirect sales network. This role will be responsible for building a high-performing broker and channel partner ecosystem, driving sales growth, and designing impactful partner engagement and incentive programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Acquisition:
- Identify, onboard, and develop a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants across key markets.
- Build long-term relationships with high-performing partners to ensure sustained business flow.
Broker Network Management:
- Manage and engage with existing broker networks to maximize productivity and revenue.
- Conduct regular reviews, training, and engagement initiatives to enhance partner performance.
Partner Incentive Design:
- Develop and implement innovative incentive structures, commission plans, and reward programs.
- Continuously evaluate effectiveness of schemes to drive higher partner motivation and loyalty.
Indirect Sales Growth:
- Drive sales through channel partners to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Create and execute strategies for increasing market penetration via indirect sales channels.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and partner feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion avenues within the channel ecosystem.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, CRM, and project teams to ensure seamless partner support and lead conversion.
- Ensure timely communication of project updates, inventory, and campaigns to partners.
Key Requirements:
- 15-20 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on channel/partner sales.
- Proven track record in channel partner acquisition and broker network expansion.
- Strong expertise in indirect sales strategy and execution.
- Experience in designing partner incentive and commission structures.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of the Chennai real estate market is highly preferred.
