Role Overview:
Lead brand strategy, consumer marketing, and business growth. The role combines strategic brand-building with hands-on execution across innovation, channel activation, and P&L management.
Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
- Education: MBA in Marketing from reputed institutes
- Experience: 10-12 years in FMCG with proven brand and innovation success in dairy, food, beverage, or personal care categories.
- Experience across both mass retail and modern trade/digital channels.
- Attributes: Strategic yet hands-on; consumer-centric; creative, analytical, and commercially savvy.
Preferred Age: Mid-30s to 40 years.
