About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Head R&D/Product Development to drive innovation in home textiles. The role will focus on developing new fabrics, finishes, and designs aligned with customer and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Innovation & Development

- Lead R&D initiatives for new fabric and product development.

- Collaborate with global trend and design teams to create differentiated products.

- Scale up lab innovations into commercial production.

Process & Systems

- Ensure robust product testing and validation protocols.

- Partner with production for seamless commercialization.

- Introduce sustainable and eco-friendly product innovations.

Market & Customer Focus

- Work with Sales & Marketing to align product pipeline with customer needs.

- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and innovation forums.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Textile Technology.

- 15-20 years of experience in textile R&D and product development.

- Proven track record of successful product launches.

- Strong knowledge of textile processes and global standards.
