The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in handling large-ticket-size real estate transactions (- 2.5 Cr and above), with strong leadership skills to manage and scale a sales team of 20-25 professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the overall sales strategy for premium and luxury residential projects. - Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on launch sales and high-value inventory. - Build and manage channel partner networks and direct sales pipelines. - Drive customer engagement, relationship management, and closure of high-value deals. - Monitor sales performance metrics, forecasts, and market insights to refine sales approaches. - Coordinate closely with marketing, CRM, and product teams to ensure alignment in go-to-market strategy. - Analyze customer feedback, competitor offerings, and market trends to enhance product positioning. - Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and profitability.
