About the Role:

We are hiring a Head Procurement & Vendor Management to oversee sourcing, strategic procurement, and supplier partnerships for textile manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Strategy & Leadership

- Define procurement policies, sourcing strategies, and supplier evaluation metrics.

- Lead vendor negotiations, contracts, and performance reviews.

- Ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing of raw materials.

Supplier & Process Excellence

- Develop strong supplier relationships for reliability and quality.

- Implement ERP-based procurement systems and compliance protocols.

- Support innovation and material development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain / Operations or Engineering graduate.

- 15 to 20 years in procurement or vendor management in manufacturing.

- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and multi-supplier management.
