Position: General Manager - Plant HR Head

Report to: CHRO

Team size: 6 (all unit plant head HR would report into this person)

Working days: 5 Days + Alternate Saturday working

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead manufacturing HR operations across multiple plants and units. The role will oversee Unit/Plant HR Heads and drive end-to-end HR strategy and execution across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HR operations across multiple manufacturing plants.

- Manage and mentor Plant/Unit HR Heads.

- Drive the complete employee lifecycle from hiring to retirement.

- Handle employee relations, engagement and shop-floor HR.

- Manage HR policies, processes and statutory compliance.

- Drive performance management, NPAS, talent development and succession planning.

- Lead manpower planning, recruitment, retention and workforce productivity initiatives.

- Manage employee relations through Work Committees and other employee forums.

- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with manufacturing objectives.
