About the Client

Presently we are working with a renowned Multinational Company in service Industry, and now urgently looking for a Hardcore Finance role as General Manager Finance.

Position: General Manager Finance - HOD

Qualification: B. Com/M. Com with MBA Finance

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience out of which last 3 years as Head Finance (and not account) role.

Location: Kolkata

The job description will be as follows: -

Financial Strategy & Planning

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Treasury & Fund Management

- Cash Flow Management: Ensure effective cash flow management, maintaining liquidity for day-to-day operations.

- Banking Relations: Maintain and enhance relationships with banking institutions, overseeing fund arrangements and financial negotiations.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and reporting requirements, including tax laws and accounting standards.

Operational Oversight

- ERP/SAP Utilization: Leverage ERP/SAP systems for streamlined financial operations and reporting.

Team Leadership & Development

- Team Management: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.

Strategic Initiatives

- Business Strategy Alignment: Align financial strategies with overall business objectives, contributing to long-term organizational growth.

- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement measures to mitigate them, ensuring organizational stability.
