About the Role:

Lead Trident's efforts in product innovation, focusing on developing new textile products that meet evolving market demands and sustainability criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization.

- Collaborate with R&D to create innovative and sustainable product lines.

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.

- Manage product portfolios and lifecycle strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Degree in Textile Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.

- 15+ years in product development within the textile industry.

- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in product innovation.
