Job Responsibilities: - A strategic brain and a leader responsible for building and growing the new vertical. - Will be defining the growth of C2C by identifying the growth levers - Bringing in / sharpening the focus on customer service / orientation and managing customer escalations - Determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and records - Understanding the present market models and competition to build better strategies and execute with an impact. - Interpreting and analyzing data to understand problem sharply and propose solutions and suggested outcomes. - Will be required to work collaboratively with other senior level people in the business and across business (marketing, finance, HR) - Capabilities to build and lead sub functions of Analytics, Process Improvement, Contact Center and Customer Grievances. - Enable the other functions to grow, working on cross functional projects with Sales, Operations and Finance Teams. Requirements: - 3-8 years of work experience in the relevant field - Automobile industry experience not compulsory - Post-graduation from a Tier 1 college - Process / Growth / Consulting experience would be especially relevant - Strong team handling skills - experience in handling a large multi-tiered team - Detail orientation and good process and data analytics skills is a must
