General Manager - Growth Marketing - SaaS/BFSI

Job Description:

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who lives and breathes experimentation, data, and scale. This role will own the entire growth funnelfrom acquisition to retentionworking closely with performance, product, content, and tech teams to drive sustainable and profitable growth. Key Responsibilities:

Growth & Performance:

- Own user/customer growth across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels

- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, affiliates, and marketplaces

- Drive CAC optimization while scaling revenue and LTV

Experimentation & Funnel Optimization:

- Run continuous A/B tests across landing pages, creatives, offers, and onboarding flows

- Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation

- Improve conversion rates across the funnel using data-backed insights

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track key growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, churn, cohort performance

- Build dashboards and share weekly/monthly growth insights with leadership

- Use tools like GA, Mixpanel, Clevertap, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Product, Tech, Content, CRM, and Design teams

- Partner with brand and content teams to align performance and storytelling

- Collaborate with founders/leadership on growth strategy and roadmap

What Were Looking For:

- 7 plus years of experience in Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing

- Strong hands-on experience scaling D2C, consumer internet, SaaS, fintech, or marketplace businesses

- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

- Experience with experimentation frameworks and growth funnels

- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-ownership environments
