General Manager - Global Warehousing Transformation

This is a strategic leadership position, driving large-scale transformation initiatives in warehousing and logistics across global operations.

Candidate Profile:

- Full-time MBA / PGDM from Tier-1 institutes such as IIMs, NITIE Mumbai, SPJIMR Mumbai, SJMSOM (IIT Bombay), VGSOM (IIT Kharagpur), MDI Gurgaon, or equivalent.

- 16-20 years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management with proven expertise in large-scale global transformations.

- Strong exposure to automation, digitalization, and smart warehouse technologies.

- Demonstrated leadership in multi-country warehousing projects within a multinational environment.

- Excellent stakeholder management, change leadership, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and execution of global warehousing transformation strategy to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.

- Implement best-in-class automation, digital tools, and process innovations across multi-country warehouse networks.

- Drive network optimization, warehouse consolidation, and layout planning aligned with long-term supply chain strategy.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in supply chain, procurement, operations, and technology to ensure seamless execution.

- Develop and mentor high-performing global teams, ensuring capability building and change management.

- Benchmark global best practices and ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and ESG standards.
