- Category & P&L Management - Deliver volume, market share, and margin objectives for assigned categories.
- Strategy & Brand Building - Develop and execute category, brand strategies that strengthen consumer loyalty, drive demand, and enhance brand equity and make sure these strategies are designed to be relevant to each of our Clusters.
- Lead the innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization, ensuring speed, scalability, and profitable growth.
- Integrated Marketing Execution - Design and implement impactful advertising and promotion campaigns across traditional and digital media with an optimal cost-effective mix.
- Consumer Insights & Research - Define market research objectives, initiate, oversee execution, and embed insights into product and marketing strategies.
- Cross-Value Chain Coordination - Partner with Innovation, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to ensure seamless product launches and initiatives and deliver profitable growth across the Value Chain.
- Cost & Efficiency Management - Lead cost-optimization/value engineering projects to sustain and improve margins.
