This role is ideal for a dynamic FMCG brand leader ready to shape the next generation of Indian food brands combining creative marketing, consumer insight, and business discipline
The person will be responsible for driving the brand strategy, consumer engagement, and marketing execution for its key brands. The role will define the brand's positioning, design consumer campaigns, and deliver profitable growth across both traditional and modern retail channels. This is a strategic and operational leadership role, requiring strong FMCG brand building experience and creative commercial thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and evolve the brand identity, architecture, and value proposition.
- Consumer Marketing: Lead integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels to build awareness, consideration, and loyalty.
- Innovation & Product Development: Partner with R&D and Operations to identify new categories, packaging formats, and value-added product opportunities.
- Sales & Channel Activation: Design trade marketing programs, in-store visibility initiatives, and retailer partnerships to accelerate distribution and sales.
- Market & Consumer Insights: Drive consumer research, competitive tracking, and data-driven insights to refine messaging and portfolio strategy.
- Brand P&L Ownership: Manage marketing budgets, measure ROI across channels, and ensure alignment with Companies's growth and profitability targets.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performance marketing team fostering creativity, agility, and consumer obsession.
- Education: MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution like (IIMs, ISB, SPJIMR, MICA, IRMA etc.).
- Experience: 10-15 years in FMCG with proven success in brand management, innovation, and consumer engagement.
- Experience in dairy, food, beverage, or personal care brands preferred. Exposure to both mass retail and modern trade / digital-first channels.
- Age: max up to 40
