Chartered Accountant with 12+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business plan, BUDGET consolidation and good analytical skills. Candidate have experience in larze size business organization. The person should have good understanding of SAP BPC or any other consolidation package and generate various reports for management. The person is expected to play the role in finance function and closely work with CFO, EVP- CIG, and sector team.

Accountabilities & Key Performance Indicators

- Chartered Accountant with 12+ year experience in financial analysis, budgeting, planning and BUDGET CONSOLIDATION AND REPORTING OF BUDGET vs ACTUALS FINANCIAL REPORTING at Group level

- Act as a BRIDGE between BUDGET & FINANCIAL REPORTING FROM BPC IN SAP

- Having Experience in large size organization having various subsidiaries and JVs

- Good understanding of Ind AS (mainly consolidation, financial instruments intercompany elimination)

- Having good understanding of SAP BPC

- Ensure data quality and integrity across various systems

- Manage key financial statement close processes, including consolidated budgeting, planning, and forecasting.

- Understand how to operate in and improve on Business Process Consolidation system (BPC).

- Develop new processes or improve existing processes relating to financial planning.

- Monitor Actual vs Budget

- Design insightful reports for various levels of management for its decision support

- Review sector wise financials and bridge between the financial and management reporting

- Leading automation and optimization of FP&A.

- Reviewing measurement and progress of KPIs for all sectors and group level

- Induction of technology and automation to drive FP&A function

- Coordinate with sector team for timely closure of MIS, budget and actual results.

- Provide financial analysis and commentary to management team.

- Manage and continue to grow a team.

- System expertise: Very good MS office skills (especially Excel), SAP S/4 Hana or SAP ECC SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) and Power BI,

- Ability to operate cross-functionally and understanding of business drivers

- Solid experience within Controlling & Reporting tasks: Actuals, Forecast, Budget and Reporting analysis.

- Ability to manage multiple, critical projects simultaneously, reprioritizing as required.

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

- Excellent analytical skills, managing large data quantities from multiple sources

- Timely and qualitative closure of budgeting and reporting

- Qualitative presentation on MIS for management

- Full use of automation inconsolidation and inter - company elimination

- Provide qualitative analysis of monthly/quarterly financial.

- Highlight Key matters to management

Educational Qualifications:

- Qualified Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India

- Relevant and total years of Experience

- 12-15 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis

- Strong experience in financial statement close process

- Good experience in FP&A role

- Good Knowledge of SAP and BPC

- Good understanding of Ind AS (Consolidation principals)
