MANDATORY ASK: 10+ YEARS' RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE - FP&A & ACCOUNTING / CA CERTIFIED WITH BPM OR IT ORGANISATION EXPERIENCE CORPORATE FP&A: The holder of this role has the overall responsibility of effective management of Corporate Planning, Investor relationship, Pricing and Business Analytics for the Company. Strategic Planning and budgeting form core activities of this role. KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for Monthly planning and forecasting for all business units and providing critical feedback to management on financial performance. - Create, monitor and submit an appropriate MIS system that reflects the progress made on the Business operating plans Responsible for Financial MIS reporting including Revenue MIS, Business and Project wise P&L's, Department cost reports and SG&A reports, Balance sheet & Cashflows. - Strong understanding of accounting principles. Liaison with Financial reporting team and Finance controllers for management reporting (and preparing forecast) of Cashflows and Balance sheet. - Articulate a strategic and tactical financial roadmap with clear direction in terms of the short, medium and long term financial goals of the Company. - Partner with the Company's leadership team in finalizing the Strategic Plan for the company and drive the financial objectives of the company with all operating teams. - Overall responsibility of Annual Budgeting for the company, Rollout of the Annual budget to all stakeholders and ensuring a review process to track monthly performance vs the budget. - Oversee the deployment of adequate and appropriate financial management and reporting systems, controls, procedures and processes for ensuring financial discipline and effective management of cost as per plan. - Support the finance heads in other geographies towards achieving the financials objectives of the company. - Develop, enhance and maintain strong investor relationships. - Assist the VP in various M&A activities and responsible for Financial Due diligence exercises in respect of any M&A activities or fund-raising activities. - Ensuring integration of finance areas within the newly acquired entities. DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: - CA with experience in (Corp FP&A / Business Finance and Fin Ops (Accounting & Book Close). - Good understanding of Business Metrics. - Prefer experience in BPM sector followed by IT sector. - Around 10 Years post qualification experience.
