Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, controllership, audits, governance, and internal control processes for the organization. The role requires strong expertise in IFRS, IND AS, financial statement review, audit management, and process governance, along with the ability to lead and mentor finance teams in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Review GLs and Financial Statements under IFRS and IND AS on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

- Ensure accurate and timely closure of books on a monthly basis

- Manage Limited Review results and Annual Audits, ensuring completion within agreed timelines

- Prepare quarterly business performance presentations for the Board

- Ensure strong process controls for financial closing activities

- Strengthen audit processes, compliance standards, and documentation practices

- Develop and implement robust internal control frameworks

- Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies

- Ensure strong governance and audit readiness across finance operations

Reporting to: AVP Finance
