Job Title : Head - Finance & Strategy

Qualification & Experience : CA with CS / MBA (Finance) with CS preferred, but onl CA or MBA Finance will also be considered, and 12-15 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Role Overview :

The incumbent will lead the end-to-end finance function across the groups diversified businesses, including gems & jewellery, construction, IT, and insurance. The role will play a critical part in strengthening financial governance, optimizing capital allocation, and driving wealth creation initiatives for the group.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the entire finance and accounts function, including financial reporting, controls, and compliance

- Drive wealth management strategies and enhance the groups investment portfolio

- Manage treasury operations, including cash flow planning, fund management, and banking relationships

- Lead forex management and mitigate currency risk exposure

- Ensure robust tax planning and regulatory compliance across entities

- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to statutory and governance standards

- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies

- Partner with business heads to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives

Stakeholder Management :

- Report directly to the Commercial Director

- Work closely with the Chairperson on strategic financial matters and long-term planning

- Strong expertise in finance, taxation, treasury, and compliance

- Strategic mindset with experience in wealth creation and portfolio management

- Ability to operate across multiple business verticals
