Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Business Finance:

- Support the CFO in developing and executing the company's financial strategy and business plans.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

- Drive profitability improvement, cost optimization, and financial performance across business units.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

- Monitor business performance against budgets and forecasts and provide variance analysis.

- Develop MIS, dashboards, KPIs, and management reports for leadership review.

- Analyze project-wise and business-unit-wise profitability.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, tax, and financial reporting requirements.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.

Project & Cost Finance:

- Monitor financial performance of EPC, construction, infrastructure, and other projects.

- Review project costing, revenue recognition, WIP, margins, claims, and cost overruns.

- Strengthen project financial controls and working-capital management.

- Partner with project and operations teams to improve financial efficiency.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

- Oversee cash-flow planning, liquidity management, banking operations, and working capital.

- Manage banking relationships, fund requirements, borrowings, guarantees, and other banking facilities.

- Monitor receivables, payables, collections, and cash conversion cycles.

Taxation & Risk Management:

- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance and assessments.

- Identify financial and business risks and establish appropriate mitigation measures.

- Strengthen internal financial controls, policies, processes, and governance.

- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team across functions/business units.

- Build strong financial processes and performance-driven finance teams.

- Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Operations, Projects, Legal, and Business teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 3+ years of overall experience with significant experience in a senior finance leadership role.

- Experience in EPC, infrastructure, construction, real estate, amusement/theme parks, or other project-driven businesses preferred.
