General Manager - Finance

Responsibilities:

- Looking after complete Accounting, on Standalone basis. Financial statements review, INDAS and consolidation, Taxation etc.

- Audit on standalone basis and monitoring the audit progress of group companies. Managing Big-4 auditors.

- Get into the discussion with Global team including the head quarter team whenever required. Apprise them on the impact of Indian regulations whenever required.

- Ensuring the Accounting and MIS activities are running smoothly on PAN India basis.

- Balance Sheet Control and Monitoring on a regular basis. Measures to be taken to strengthen the Balance Sheet.

- CA with 15+ Years of experience in a Manufacturing setup
