Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly plant-wise fund flow forecasts and discuss with management for approval and planning.
- Monitor and review bank-wise opening fund positions and ensure optimal utilization and parking of funds in designated accounts for invoice and installment payments.
- Track and review plant-wise actual fund flows on a daily basis to ensure efficient liquidity management.
- Coordinate with plant finance heads and functional teams for routine vendor payments and fund allocations.
- Liaise with the Commercial Head for allocation of funds towards raw materials, packing materials, and husk purchases.
- Manage daily fund positions and review invoice and mart transaction statuses for management oversight.
- Liaise with grain vendors to clear pending PDCs, old outstanding payments, and other related financial matters.
- Oversee reconciliation of cheques, including reissuance and RTGS transactions, against legacy and prior-year outstanding amounts.
- Approve payment transactions in line with allocated funds on a routine basis.
- Monitor daily plant-wise grain supplies and payment tracking for management review.
- Review and approve purchase orders (POs) in SAP for all routine transactions.
- Conduct weekly reviews of vendor ageing reports (Grains / Husk / Packing Materials).
- Review bank reconciliations on a weekly basis and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.

- Expertise in vendor payment cycles, cash flow optimization, and reconciliations.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP / ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple plants and functional teams.
