General Manager - Finance & Accounts

Job Description :

- Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS.

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting timelines.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans, and periodic financial reviews.

- Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards to support business decision-making.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders for financial reporting and compliance requirements.

- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, highlight risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to management.

- Ensure effective utilization of SAP S/4HANA for financial reporting and planning processes.

Desired Skills & Competencies :

- Strong expertise in Ind AS, particularly standards related to group consolidation and financial reporting.

- Hands-on experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS Reporting, Variance Analysis, and FP&A.

- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting deadlines.

Experience with financial consolidation and FP&A tools (such as SAP BPC, Hyperion, OneStream, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, or similar platforms) will be an added advantage.

Preferred Industry :

- Candidates from Manufacturing, FMCG, FMCD, Engineering, or other large corporate organizations with multi-entity reporting and consolidation experience will be preferred.
