A leading building materials manufacturing company wishes to hire the Head of Finance & Accounts who Will be responsible for financial governance and driving profitability of the company.

The incumbent will spearhead the full spectrum of financial operations, accounting, compliance, reporting, and strategic financial planning at the corporate level.

Candidate profile :

We invite applications from seasoned Finance & accounts professionals-CAs from a public listed organisation , ideally from manufacturing of building materials, paints , chemicals , pipes , etc .

Must have:

- Extensive working knowledge of Indian AS

- Expertise in direct taxation and corporate finance & accounts

- Proficiency in ERP and MS Excel

- Strong understanding of financial regulations and corporate law

- Strategic thinking and business acumen

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- High integrity and ethical standards

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
