GM Finance & Accounts - Chemical Company ( Turnover: Approx INR 150 cr) As the GM Finance & Accounts, you will be responsible for owning and operating the finance function while establishing robust systems and processes to ensure seamless operations . Responsibilities: Finance Management: - Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. - Develop and implement financial strategies to align with organizational goals. - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Systems and Process Setup: - Establish and standardize systems and processes for efficient financial operations across subunits. - Drive automation and optimization of financial workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.
