As the GM Finance & Accounts, you will be responsible for owning and operating the finance function while establishing robust systems and processes to ensure seamless operations .

Responsibilities:

Finance Management:

- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to align with organizational goals.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Systems and Process Setup:

- Establish and standardize systems and processes for efficient financial operations across subunits.

- Drive automation and optimization of financial workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Risk Management and Compliance:

- Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Maintain compliance with tax laws, auditing standards, and corporate governance policies.

Procurement:

- Manage procurement activities, including vendor negotiations, contracts, and supplier relationships.

- Develop cost-saving strategies and ensure timely procurement aligned with operational needs.

Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of excellence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, with experience in process setup and operational excellence.
