General Manager - Finance & Accounts - BFS/Online/ITeS - CA

Description:

Reporting to the Managing Director, the General Manager - Finance and Accounts shall be responsible for managing end-to-end finance matters, including Budgeting, Auditng, Taxation, and managing Vendor Payments, co-ordination with various Govt. Authorities as well as key departments of the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Creating a Financial Strategy for the organization

- Managing Financial Control, Financial Planning & Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Compliance Updates, and statutory needs. Additionally, it involves leading tax planning strategies, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and minimizing tax liabilities.

- Overseeing accounting systems.

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Optimizing Cash Flow and Treasury Management

- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with corporate tax, GST, and other regulatory filings etc.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Qualified CA

- 12+ years of experience in Accounts and Finance Management & Strategy

- Have managed Finance, Audit, Taxation, Treasury, Budgeting, Cost Controls, Compliance Updates, etc

- Managed regular Reporting for Senior Leadership

- Internal and External stakeholder management experience
