General Manager - Finance Account Manager - Automobile - CA

We're Hiring: General Manager - Finance & Accounts | Automobile Industry | Sri City, Andhra Pradesh.

A leading joint venture in the automobile manufacturing sector is looking for a seasoned General Manager - Finance & Accounts to spearhead the finance & accounting function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end finance & accounting operations.

- Prepare and present financial statements as per Ind-AS & IFRS.

- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models; track variances & suggest corrective actions.

- Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, Companies Act, Transfer Pricing).

- Manage audits, strengthen internal controls & governance frameworks.

- Oversee treasury, working capital & cash flow management.

- Provide strategic insights to support plant operations, CAPEX & business growth.

- Act as key liaison with international stakeholders for consolidated reporting.

- Mentor & develop the finance team; drive ERP/SAP implementation & process digitalization.

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

- 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts

- Proven expertise in Joint Venture companies

- Strong exposure to the Automobile / Manufacturing industry

- In-depth knowledge of Ind-AS, IFRS, Taxation & Compliance

- Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP systems

- Strong leadership & cross-cultural communication skills
