Description:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the plant operations Production, Sales, Procurement, and Administration
- Achieve production targets, ensure high-quality output, and maintain zero-defect delivery standards
- Drive P&L management, cost optimization, and operational excellence
- Oversee procurement, inventory, and supply chain to ensure timely execution
- Actively participate in greenfield project development from plant erection, commissioning, and machinery setup to production launch
- Implement lean manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering ownership, discipline, and innovation
- Ensure safety compliance and promote a zero-accident culture
Candidate Profile / Competencies:
- Proven track record in leading manufacturing units, preferably in the Fasteners or related engineering industry
- Strong functional knowledge across production, sales, procurement, and administration
- Hands-on experience in greenfield projects or process implementation is highly desirable
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, automation, and operational efficiency
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- A leader who can build teams, drive performance, and create a culture of excellence
