General Manager - Family Office

Governance in Family-Family expenses:

- Reviews and audits expenses of all the family members on an ongoing basis with respect to Family fund, Unit level and personal expenses as the Expense policy agreed by the family as per constitution.

Data compilation:

- To collect the relevant data, as per the policies adopted by the Family

Presentation to OC and FC:

- Prepare the presentations every year based on the data approved by the Family Units. The consolidated data should be presented to Owners' Council (OC).

Audit:

- Ensure that the expense statements as validated by the promotor directors are audited and scrutinized by External auditors and any observations and gaps are submitted to GCM for his review.

Risk Management:

- Identify, measure and mitigate various risks (liquidity, credit etc.)

- Vetting of credit products from the angle of inherent and control risks
