Position: GM Equity Markets Location: New Delhi Key Responsibilities : - Developing and keeping banker access for the correct story, narrative, comparative and driving the same for the best outcome for the group. Focus on building, positioning, presenting the assets from the group, belong to different sectors like Payments bank, Fintech, Data centers, FMCG etc., for listing in the near term. - Work towards listing of assets by way of IPO or invIT - Look at secondary listing opportunities and follow through equity executions for the current listed and to-be listed securities. - Take any listed company deals for execution including any delisting and/or stake enhancement executions. - Maintain full access and understanding to all constituents to make the above possible. The ideal candidate would have: - Relevant and deep knowledge about Indian equity markets in specific and equity markets in general. - 15 years of experience with at least 10-12 years of experience in equity listing, either from sell side or buy side. - Superior knowledge of corporate valuation, equity markets depth, players and associated regulations. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience of planning and anchoring complex projects like listing or delisting, deep on anticipation and have a two-steps-ahead style of thinking, planning and working. - Mandatory experience of few actual cases of steering companies to markets in a variety of deal formats.
