General Manager - FMCG Sales Job Description: - As the General Manager FMCG Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for spearheading enterprise-level partnerships with large FMCG players. - You'll drive revenue growth by positioning our fintech offerings (credit, collections, payments, analytics) as essential enablers of operational excellence and financial efficiency for FMCG enterprises. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership: - Own and drive the end-to-end sales strategy for enterprise FMCG accounts. - Identify, prospect, and convert key FMCG organizations into long-term clients. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: - Build deep CXO-level relationships with key decision-makers across Sales, Finance, and IT departments of target enterprises. Solution Selling: - Translate complex fintech solutions into clear business value propositions for FMCG enterprises tailoring pitches to specific pain points like working capital optimization, distributor financing, or real-time payment automation. Team Leadership: - Lead and mentor a team of enterprise sales managers and pre-sales consultants to exceed targets and deliver a high-performing, data-driven sales culture. Partnership Development: - Identify strategic alliances with ecosystem players such as ERP vendors, NBFCs, or distributor management platforms to augment sales reach and value. Revenue & P&L Ownership: - Drive top-line growth through strategic planning, deal structuring, pricing strategies, and rigorous pipeline management. Market Intelligence: - Keep a pulse on evolving fintech trends, competitive landscape, and FMCG industry shifts to refine go-to-market strategies. Requirements: - 11 to 15 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in selling to the FMCG sector. - Prior experience in Fintech, SaaS, or enterprise technology is highly desirable. - Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals (Cr+ scale) with a strategic and consultative approach. - Strong executive presence and the ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders. - Solid understanding of the FMCG distribution ecosystem and its financial workflows. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. - MBA from a reputed institution is preferred.
