About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to join us as GM Digital Engagement Head. This role will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of digital engagement initiatives across HCPs (Healthcare Professionals), consumers, and field force enablement.
The incumbent will spearhead multi-channel marketing, CRM adoption, sales force automation, and AI-driven digital strategies to enhance business impact and strengthen our leadership in the pharmaceutical sector.
This is a pivotal leadership role with cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, IT, and medical affairs to create a future-ready digital ecosystem for healthcare engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute a multi-year digital engagement roadmap for HCPs and consumers.
- Lead omni-channel marketing initiatives across CRM, web, mobile, social, OTT, and automation platforms.
- Design innovative HCP engagement programs and patient awareness campaigns.
- Drive CRM & Sales Force Automation adoption for segmentation, targeting, and productivity enhancement.
- Partner with brand teams to integrate digital-first strategies into brand planning.
- Build and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and platform partners for execution excellence.
- Champion adoption of AI, predictive analytics, and personalization technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Pharmacy/Science/Marketing; MBA (Marketing/Pharma Management) preferred.
- 1518 years of experience in digital marketing / commercial excellence / strategic marketing in the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory).
- Proven expertise in multi-channel marketing, CRM, and sales force automation.
- Strong exposure to pharma compliance, HCP engagement norms, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in digital transformation and field force enablement programs.
- Proficiency in data analytics & marketing automation platforms.

- Proficiency in data analytics & marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management & change leadership.
- Track record in large-scale HCP/patient engagement programs.
