Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Commerce D2C, Marketplaces, Quick Commerce:
- Marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, FirstCry, Flipkart, etc.)
- Own the Marketplace revenue growth, CAC, AOV, contribution margin & retention.
- Lead cataloguing, pricing, promotions calendar, and inventory allocation.
- Maintain brand store page & A+ content.
- Drive keyword optimization for search visibility.
- Create & execute customer reviews and ratings strategy.
- Coordinate with marketplace KAMs on growth plans, event participation & negotiations.
D2C Website:
- Own the D2C website revenue growth, CAC, AOV, contribution margin & retention.
- Coordinate UI/UX improvements, CRO, landing page creation & merchandising.
- Oversee warehousing, last mile logistics, delivery SLAs & returns management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of customer support.
- NPS improvement initiatives.
- Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto)
- Own the Quick Commerce channel revenue growth, CAC, AOV, contribution margin & retention.
- Lead cataloguing, pricing, promotions calendar, and inventory allocation.
- Coordinate with KAMs on growth plans, event participation & negotiations.
2. Social Media & Content Strategy:
- Social Media Management
- Lead strategy and execution for Instagram, YouTube and TikTok (if applicable)
- Plan monthly calendars aligned with brand campaigns, product launches & trends.
- Drive brand storytelling, community engagement & audience growth.
Content Creation:
- Oversee production of product videos, reels, tutorials, testimonials & UGC.
- Manage shoots, content agencies, creators, and internal design team.
- Ensure consistency with brand voice, guidelines & aesthetics.
Influencer Marketing:
- Design and manage the influencer program (micro/macro/KOLs).
- Evaluate creators, negotiate partnerships, track ROI & attribution.
- Build long term relationships with creators relevant to beauty & lifestyle.
3. Performance Marketing & Growth:
Paid Media:
- Oversee paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, Affiliates & other networks.
- Strategize TOFU/MOFU/BOFU funnels and coordinate closely with the performance marketing team.
- Optimize budgets, CAC, ROAS & LTV metrics.
- Experiment with new channels (OTT, podcasts, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications).
Retention & CRM:
- Build strong CRM flows (email/WhatsApp/SMS) for abandoned carts, repeat purchases & upsell.
- Optimize loyalty programs, referral engines & subscription models (if applicable).
4. Brand Management & Product Storytelling:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
- Work with creative teams to produce high quality brand and campaign assets.
- Monitor category trends, competitor moves & consumer insights.
5. Operations, Data & Team Leadership:
- Lead a cross functional digital team (4 6 members: marketplace, performance marketing, social media & content, and D2C brand website).
- Build KPIs, dashboards & weekly reporting structures.
- Analyse data across online commerce channels to derive actionable insights.
- Build processes for inventory planning, demand forecasting & channel hygiene.
Key Requirements:
- 8 - 12 years of E-Commerce experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, personal care, FMCG, or high growth D2C brands.
- Strong track record of scaling D2C and marketplace businesses.
- Hands on experience with digital commerce, performance marketing, and social content ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage operational workflows & mul channel strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Ads managers, and marketplace analytics.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of consumer behaviour & aesthetics.
- Female candidates preferred as per business requirement.
