Experience Band : 10-12 years in Tech / R&D / Product-led org/ Automotive Industry

Reporting To : Head HR / CHRO

Team Size Managed : 4-8

Hiring Volume Handled - 200-250 hires / year across tech & product and Commercial

Stakeholders : CTO, Product Heads, Engineering Leaders, Commercial Business Head

Must have:

- Experience hiring for deep tech / product roles/ Commercial Organization

- Worked in product / tech-first company/ New Age Technology

- Strong stakeholder management with CTO / Engg Heads / BU Heads and People Management

- Hands-on sourcing capability (LinkedIn, GitHub, X-ray)

- Data-driven TA (metrics, dashboards, TAT, funnel)-

Good to Have:

- Startup / scale-up exposure

- Built TA processes from scratch

- ATS implementation experience

- Exposure to campus / early career tech hiring

- Employer branding / social hiring

- Experience working with RPO
