Leading procurement team for manufacturing of pu foam, mattresses, sofa and other allied products. Key area is strategic sourcing, vendor and supply chain management, team leadership, cross functional collaboration with plant and sales & marketing teams, market analysis and tracking, inventory and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead procurement of foam chemicals, fabrics, and associated raw materials from both domestic and international suppliers, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and compliance with company standards.

- Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on cost savings and operational reliability.

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and logistics to secure advantageous terms and maintain strong vendor relationships.

- Coordinate with internal departments (production, planning, finance) to guarantee uninterrupted manufacturing and efficient supply chain flow.

- Monitor market trends for foam chemicals or fabrics; identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved sourcing.

- Coordinate with EXIM department, including customs clearance and compliance with hazardous material handling regulations.

- Deep understanding of chemical or fabric properties, market dynamics, and logistics (including imports, documentation, and regulatory compliance).

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration and vendor relations.
