Candidate profile from MNCS FMCG or manufacturing with exposure in managing RND.
- 17+ years of progressive HR experience with strong leadership exposure.
- Proven track record as HR Head / HRBP Lead in sizable organisations.
- Background in Pharma R&D, Life Sciences R&D, Healthcare R&D, Technology R&D, Engineering R&D, Chemicals R&D, or other knowledge-driven R&D environments (pure manufacturing HR backgrounds not suitable).
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, engagement, performance management, OD, leadership development, rewards, and employee relations.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead organisational change.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Role Purpose :Lead the complete HR function for PTC R&D Centre, serving as a strategic HR business partner to the R&D leadership team. Drive the people agenda across the organisation, managing the entire employee lifecycle while fostering a high-performance, innovation-driven culture in a knowledge-based R&D environment.
Key Responsibilities :- End-to-end HR leadership for the R&D Centre.
- Align HR strategy with organisational goals in partnership with senior leadership.
- Workforce planning, organisation design, and talent management.
- Talent acquisition for scientific, technical, and leadership roles.
- Employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs.
- Performance management and succession planning.
- Leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
- Compensation, rewards, and recognition programs.
- Employee relations and grievance management.
- HR analytics and actionable insights for leadership.
- Compliance with labour laws, policies, and governance standards.
