Position Title: Head Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Head - CSR with 15 - 20 years of experience in CSR, social impact, sustainability, or the development sector. The role will lead PAN India CSR initiatives, drive CSR strategy and institutionalize CSR values across factory locations. Travel across India will be required to support operations and ensure effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Design & Execution: Design, implement, and scale high-impact CSR initiatives across multiple domains. Ensure programs are outcome-driven, sustainable, and aligned with regulatory requirements. Drive innovation by incorporating behavioural science, digital, and data-led approaches.

Stakeholder & Ecosystem Partnerships: Build and manage strategic partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, multilateral agencies, and community organizations. Represent the organization in external forums, industry groups, and CSR platforms. Foster cross-functional collaboration internally to embed CSR within business operations.

Zakat & Ethical Contributions: Develop and manage strategies for incorporating Zakat and ethical contributions into the CSR framework. Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and leverage these contributions to enhance social impact initiatives.

Impact Measurement & Governance, CSR Financial Management: Develop robust frameworks for monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment, including project management and financial management. Ensure transparency, compliance, and governance in all CSR initiatives. Leverage data and insights to continuously improve program effectiveness.

Inclusion & Social Equity Focus: Drive initiatives that promote inclusion, especially for women, youth, and underserved communities. Strengthen programs that enhance digital and financial access.

Development: Develop internal capability frameworks and leadership pipelines in the social impact space. Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

Essential:

- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Management, Social Work, or a related field.

Desirable:

- Master's degree preferred in Social Work (MSW), Social Development, Sustainability, CSR, Rural Development, Public Policy, or MBA/PGDM.

- Additional certification in CSR, ESG, Sustainability, or Social Impact would be an advantage.
