General Manager - Cotton Plant

We are looking for an experienced leader for the role of GM - Cotton with a leading global agri-business organisation.

- The role involves end-to-end responsibility for cotton operations including procurement, ginning, supply chain, exports, commercial efficiency, and overall P&L management.

- The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to plant-led/manufacturing businesses along with experience in operations, finance, people management, and strategic leadership.

Key Requirements:

- 15-20+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing / processing / plant-led businesses

- Strong exposure to operations, procurement, supply chain, finance, and compliance

- Proven experience handling P&L responsibility

- Strong commercial acumen and team management skills

- Engineering / Operations background with a postgraduate qualification in Management preferred

- Fluency in English and French
