General Manager - Corporate Finance

Job Description:

We are Hiring for GM Finance (Corporate) for a Freight Forwarding Company established in 1968.

Minimum 7+ Years in Freight Fowarding Company exp is a must

Responsible for following activities:

- Budgeting, forecasting and reporting to help critical business decisions to be taken.

- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), treasury, credit control, taxation & compliance, overseas remittance, banking, billing, audit and MIS functions.

- Accurate reporting of financial results (including trends), MIS compilation and provide analysis & insights for management consumption.

- Comply with general accounting standards, policies, industry norms and best practices.

- Handling all statutory compliance requirements (taxation, GST filing, PF records etc)

- Facilitate and co-ordinate banking and borrowing arrangements.

- Manage cash flows, working capital and treasury function.

- Driving internal audit and managing relationship with external auditors.

- Custodian of organization's Risk Register with overall responsibility to implement risk management framework and to mitigate all risks.

- Undertake customer / supplier KYC, job profitability and margin analysis, pricing analysis.

- Recruitment, training and mentoring finance and accounting staff.
