
Job Description :
We are seeking a senior communications leader to head the Corporate Communications function, driving public relations, media management, internal & external communications, and social media strategy. The role will be responsible for strengthening corporate reputation, leadership visibility, and consistent stakeholder messaging across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall corporate communications strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead PR and media relations, including press releases, media interactions, interviews, and reputation management
- Act as key communication advisor to CEO and senior leadership
- Drive internal communications - leadership messages, townhalls, newsletters, employee engagement campaigns
- Own external communications including corporate announcements, brand narratives, and stakeholder messaging
- Lead social media strategy and content (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) for corporate branding and thought leadership
- Manage crisis communication, issue management, and media response frameworks
- Oversee content development - speeches, op-eds, articles, case studies, ESG & impact stories
- Manage PR agencies, digital agencies, and communication partners
- Track communication effectiveness through analytics, media metrics, and engagement dashboards
Candidate Profile:
- Postgraduate / MBA / Master's in Communications, Journalism, PR, or related field
- 15-22 years of experience in Corporate Communications / PR / Media / Brand roles
- Strong experience handling national media, leadership communications, and crisis scenarios
- Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and strategic communication skills
