General Manager - Corporate Affairs
We are seeking an experienced General Manager - Corporate Affairs to lead government relations, statutory compliance, and industrial relations for a Global Chemicals/Pharma organization.
This role is based their corporate office in Mumbai and will report to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with Central, State & Local government authorities (DISH, MIDC, MPCB, CPCB, Labour Commissioner, etc.
- Ensure statutory compliance, licenses, approvals, and smooth functioning of manufacturing units.
- Represent the company with leading industry associations (CHEMEXCIL, ICC, IMC, Bombay Chamber, etc.
- Oversee general administration, estate management, and security.
- Partner with business leaders to drive corporate affairs strategy across multiple locations.
Ideal Profile:
- 10-15 years of experience in Corporate Affairs / Government Relations within Chemicals, Pharma, or Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, multi-location compliance, and Greenfield projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
